PLEASE NOTE: LYFT Medical Aesthetics requires a $50.00 deposit for all bookings. This credit will be used towards your service.
Deposits on free initial consultations will be returned at time of consult if you choose not to go ahead with treatment.
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made via email, text or phone call at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation charge.
If LYFT Medical Aesthetics cancels an appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
