After preparing your skin, the handpiece is applied to the targeted areas. You may feel some discomfort, but patients don’t describe much pain during the treatment process. Because the needles are so fine, they aren’t usually painful. Once the treatment is complete, active topical ingredients may be applied for increased absorption deep in the skin.
The treatment will take less than one hour. Most patients can expect to have between 1-3 treatments with the Morpheus8 to get optimum results.
After your treatment, keep the treatment area or areas moisturized. Be sure to avoid direct sun exposure, and use sunscreen daily. You can expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness for up to one week.
